We provide programs and services that meet the health and fitness needs of it's clients and are committed to providing a clean, well equipped, safe fitness facility for the people of Hawthorne and surrounding areas to pursue and maintain wellness. We offer several classes including Zumba, Yoga, and Youth ballet.

Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive. Zumba is included in all fitness memberships. Non-members can participate for $5.00/class.
